2. Service purpose
DLP Friends facilitates strictly friendly connections between adult Disneyland Paris fans. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Disney or Disneyland Paris.
3. Access and adulthood
Registration is limited to people aged 18 or over. Members provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and remain responsible for their accounts.
4. Expected conduct
Interactions must remain respectful, friendly, and lawful. Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, fraud, spam, sexual or illegal content, and harm to another person’s rights or safety are prohibited.
5. Profiles and messages
Members remain responsible for their content. A private conversation opens only after mutual discovery. No result, meeting, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
6. Moderation
A participant may report a conversation after confirmation and optionally block the other participant. Blocking defaults to Yes, except for administrators. Reporting gives administrators access to the entire conversation, including past and future messages. Access remains after hiding, blocking, report closure or a ban. Each consultation and decision is audited. Administrators may ban a non-administrator account for behaviour in the application without an end date, or lift the ban. 7. Account deletion
An active account may request deletion in settings: access stops immediately and the account is purged after the period stated in the Privacy Policy. A banned account cannot request deletion in the application. All its data is retained without an expiry date and excluded from automatic purges, including when another member is deleted. Explicit administrator deletion remains available. These rules describe software behaviour and do not change the legal rights described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or incidents. The publisher is not responsible for relationships between members, third-party services, or indirect loss, without excluding mandatory legal guarantees.
9. Intellectual property
The DLP Friends brand, code, and original content remain protected. Members warrant that they hold rights to submitted content. Disney trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change. The version accepted at registration is recorded. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Questions may be sent to contact@dlp-friends.fr.
